- Do Less, Be More
Busy-ness has become a badge of honor. Besides turning us into Godzilla mom/dad/coworker/spouse/partner/etc, there is a definite cost to all this busy-ness. Have you ever stopped to think of the consequences of being busy? Connections, time, money, health, happiness...these are all impacted by our cycle of busy-ness.
Join this workshop to break the habit of "being busy." Learn how to do less of the things that are making you so busy so you can be more present, focused, connected, and energized.
- Own Your Strengths
So often we approach change to make-up for our weaknesses. But, most successful change happens and is sustained when we own our strengths. In this class, we'll utilize the Strengthfinders Assessment to identify your unique strengths. You'll then learn a process which utilizes the olfactory system to anchor those strengths and call upon them readily when you need them. Get ready to own your strengths!
- Slow Down and Enjoy Life with Hygge
Do you ever wish you could slow down? Enjoy the simple things in life more? The secret lies in hygge! Hygge (pronounced hooga) is a defining characteristic of the Danish culture. It is a "quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being."
This national obsession with all things cozy is one of the reasons why Denmark is always at the top of the list of the world's happiest countries, despite their infamously miserable winters. In this workshop, you can learn how to embrace this wonderful way of life in your work and home despite hectic schedules and looming deadlines.
- Stress Survival
From being less present and more forgetful to headaches and insomnia, chronic stress can take it's toll. In this workshop, learn techniques for increasing your awareness of triggers, mindset shifts to release tension, and survival skills to combat the long-term effects of stress.
- “Friending” Fitness
You know exercise is good for you and you want to exercise regularly, but you just haven’t found an exercise routine that works for you. And it’s hard to find the time and energy to add one more thing to your day. Plus, exercise makes you think of PE class in fifth grade (ugh!). Join this class to learn how to make fitness your friend, and learn a new perspective on exercise that will change the way you approach fitness.
- Getting Unstuck
It’s easy to get stuck. At one point or another, it has happened to us all. You have the best intentions for losing weight, exercising more, or reducing your stress, but you have so many demands on your time and just don’t know where or how to start. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to refocus on your ambitions, ignite your motivation, and create a plan for getting unstuck.
- Happy AND Healthy
Did you know there are proven strategies to increasing your overall happiness? And did you know that those with higher levels of happiness tend to have better health? This workshop, led by a health and wellness coach, will teach you the science behind happiness and will help you create a happiness action plan that works for you.

- Holidays in Balance: Simplify the Holiday Season So You Don't Stress Out or Gain Weight
How would you like to finish the holiday season without having to squeeze into your pants after indulging in too much of grandma’s famous fruitcake? (Does anyone really eat fruitcake?) Or how about having the time and presence of mind to witness the joy of the season without running from place to place?
This year, you can actually enjoy the holidays and all they have to offer without feeling frazzled and needing to let out a notch on your belt! In this class, you'll learn tips to simplify the season so you can have the holidays you want without the nasty side effects.
- Intention-Setting Mala Workshop
A mala is a special string of 108 beads traditionally used in meditation to count mantras. When you string your own mala, you have the opportunity to place your intentions into the beads and stones so the mala can be worn as a reminder of the affirmations you want to carry with you. In this workshop, you will learn more about power of setting intentions, the use of affirmations to transform your mindset, how to meditate with the mala you create, and specific strategies for living out your intentions. Come with an open mind and open heart and walk away with your own mala as well as a renewed mindset for achieving your goals. (Workshops can be customized to create a full mala or a smaller, pocket-sized mala based on time and audience.)

Plus, we'll discuss strategies for incorporating meditation into your daily life so you can experience the benefits of doing it regularly.
