I'm Bridgette Binford, a wife, mother of two precious kiddos, Georgia peach turned Colorado girl, and a Healthy LIVING Coach obsessed with helping you own your time and love the life your LIVING right now.
What's with the all caps? When I get asked if I'm a life coach, I like to emphasize we are LIVING life right now. So, let's make it the best it can be, shall we?!?
I founded BJBCoaching and became a Healthy LIVING Coach in order to return to my passion of helping others live healthier, happier lives. After having children and working full-time in a stressful corporate career, I found it was more important than ever to find the right balance and to connect personally with my day-to-day work.
When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of three, all the signs pointed in one direction: it was time for a change. At that time, I stepped away from my corporate career in order to have the flexibility and focus I needed to help my and my family’s health and feel fulfilled in my day-to-day work again. After realizing the success and fulfillment of striking the right balance personally, at home, and at work, I am more excited than ever to support others interested in doing the same!
Now I've combined my 10+ years of project management and process improvement experience in the healthcare and worksite wellness industries with motivational and mindset coaching expertise to guide individuals, groups, and organizations in being their healthy and productive best.
I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia and a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Colorado - Anschutz. I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through WellCoaches School of Coaching and is also a Certified Healthcare Process Improvement Advisor. I have coached close to 100 individuals and organizations to reach their vision of health, productivity, and wellbeing.
I recharge through time with my husband, Brian, two children, Cora and Cody, and dogs, Tucker and Tessa. I also enjoy running (especially burro racing!), spending time outdoors, and being creative. I make regular trips back to my hometown of Brunswick, Georgia for fishing, boating, and going to the beach with my family and friends.
