Bridgette Binford, MPH is a wellness professional who combines her 10+ years of project management and process improvement experience in the healthcare and worksite wellness industries with motivational and mindset coaching expertise to guide individuals, groups, and organizations in realizing their vision of health and wellbeing.
Bridgette founded BJBCoaching and became a health and wellness coach in order to return to her passion of helping others live healthier, happier lives. After having children and working full-time in a stressful corporate career, she found that it was more important than ever to find the right balance and to connect personally with her day-to-day work. When her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of three, Bridgette made a change in her personal and professional life in order to have the flexibility and focus she needed to help her daughter’s health. After realizing the success and fulfillment of striking the right balance personally, at home, and at work, she is more excited than ever to support others interested in doing the same!
Bridgette holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia and a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Colorado - Anschutz. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through WellCoaches School of Coaching and is also a Certified Healthcare Process Improvement Advisor. She has coached over 20 individuals and consulted with close to 50 organizations to help them reach their vision of health, productivity, and wellbeing.
Bridgette recharges through time with her husband, Brian, two children, Cora and Cody, and dogs, Tucker and Tessa. She also enjoys running (especially burro racing!), spending time outdoors, and being creative. She makes regular trips back to her hometown of Brunswick, Georgia for fishing, boating, and going to the beach with her family and friends.
